Shipping policy

PROMOTIONAL FREE SHIPPING: 

Free Domestic shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Orders outside this region are excluded from this promotion. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes. 

Exclusions apply: Bike shop items and seats do not qualify for this promotion.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA: 

 International orders are shipped with Duties Unpaid, the buyer is responsible for any import fee, VAT or fees imposed by your local government. 

SHIPPING

We aim to ship all orders within 4 business days. However, Pre-orders and certain items will show a different shipping estimate in the item descriptions. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Bikes shipped by freight may required a shipping appointment and an adult signature. Available for each bike purchase is an invoice and certificate of origin from the country of export; no additional documentation is available. 

DAMAGED PACKAGE

Loomenade is not liable for damage caused to the product throughout the shipping process. If an item is to arrive damaged that does not fall under the category of a manufacturer defect, a claim will need to be submitted to the courier, the process of this claim can take several days for a refund to be issued. 

NON DELIVERY

If your package shows as delivered by the shipping courier but you have not received your package, first we recommend checking with anyone else in the household or nearby homes for your package. Unfortunately, Loomenade is not able to confirm if a package was in fact delivered to the correct address and a claim will need to be submitted to the shipping courier. Note that these types of claims can take several days to complete.
