RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we gladly accept returns on all unused items.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging shipped. If a used or damaged item is returned or if items are not packaged in their original packaging, your return may be rejected or subject to a partial refund with up to a 50% deduction of the total value of the item. Returns for non-defective items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
MOTORBIKE ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
For orders paid with Credit Cards or PayPal, you will incur a 3.5% credit card processing fee upon canceling your order. This is a fee charged by the credit card processor and does not get refunded to either the seller or buyer.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer support at support@loomenade.com. Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
In your return package please include your order number or packaging slip received with your order. Returns must be mailed to the address below:

REFUND
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. All refunds will only be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Refunds for purchases on 3rd party sites, or a Loomenade vendor are not accepted by Loomenade, the policy of the vendor will apply and you may need to reach out to the location/vendor directly.

WARRANTY
All Loomenade products include a 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If it is determined that your product is defective and covered under the warranty, Loomenade, at our discretion may either replace the product or provide a refund for the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs on orders past the return period.

Using any aftermarket product on your bike may void your manufacturer's warranty if you have any questions regarding modifications to your bike and how they will affect your warranty please contact your bike's manufacturer before purchasing our products.
